The Cold IPA is a relatively new beer style that combines clean and refreshing flavors with distinctive hop profiles. The beer is made with lager yeast and fermented at low temperatures, leading to a cleaner, smoother flavor profile. The lower fermentation temperature makes the beer drier and less sweet, malt-flavored, making it more refreshing.
As for the hops, we've been generous: Motueka, BRU-1, Amarillo, and Citra - each perfectly in place, together creating this beautifully hop-aromatic beer. This is an IPA that not only goes down smoothly but enchants with every sip.
